eBooks and Audiobooks

Search, browse and discover ebooks and/or audiobooks in the Missouri Libraries 2 Go collection. Read or listen using your desktop computer through the MoLib2Go website. Download and use the Libby app on your mobile device. Login using your library card number and PIN.

NOTE: If you successfully use Libby and then are denied access, your library card may have expired (which occurs automatically each year.) Come in or contact your library branch to have your card updated.

TumbleBooks are animated, talking picture books which teach kids the joy of reading. They are created by taking existing picture books, adding animation, sounds, music and narration to produce an electronic picture book (and some classics) which you can read, or have read to you. The language drop-down menu allows you to view the site in French and Spanish, instead of English.

Use the links below to access and download Freading Book Service. Patrons must have a valid library card and need an Adobe ID to log into Freading.

Through Riverside Regional Library, you can access a wide selection of academic e-books from top publishers and presses through EBSCO eBooks.  Browse academic e-book collections of all kinds that are selected by librarians.

If you can’t find a book you’re looking for in Riverside’s Missouri Evergreen catalog, try finding it in WorldCat. Contact the Circulation Desk at the Main Branch in Jackson to ask IF the book is available to request through Interlibrary Loan. IF the item is available, a $1.00 per item fee will be charged. WorldCat is an online card catalog that lets you search for materials belonging to 17,900 different libraries in 123 different countries. BUT NOT ALL ITEMS SHOWN IN WORLD CAT WILL BE AVAILABLE THROUGH INTERLIBRARY LOAN.

Receive samples of the latest books in your email with our Online Book Clubs.  Check the Book Clubs you’d like to receive and enter your email to subscribe on the website linked below.  Log in using your library card number.
